André Joined ARM in August of 2009 as Executive Operations in the Ferrous Division and has been the Chief Executive: ARM Ferrous since July 2012. Prior to working at ARM he was the CEO at Hernic Ferrochrome from 2007 and prior to that he worked for Anglo American Corporation for 25 years where he held various senior and executive operational positions within its gold, new mining business and base metals divisions.  André is the Chairman of the Assmang Executive Committee and the chairman of the board of directors of Sakura Ferroalloys in Malaysia.
