Charles spent a number of years in senior and executive management in the Anglo-American group before joining the Invicta group in 2006. He became Deputy CEO of Invicta Holdings in 2013 and CEO in 2015 before joining Assore as CEO-designate in April 2017 and becoming CEO in July 2017.
