David Selemo joined ARM as Executive Operations in ARM Ferrous Division in Jan 2018 after 9 years with Assmang as Operations Manager and Senior General Manager. Prior to joining Assmang, David was Engineering Manager at Southdeep Mine (Gold Fields ) after spending 8 years in De beers as Electrical Engineer at Venetia Mine and Project Manager at De Beers Corporate Head Office. Earlier years of his career were spent in various JCI mines as both Junior Engineer an Section and later spend 3 years with Foskor as section Engineer from 1998 to 2000.
